An exciting opportunity for junior associates! A prominent law firm is searching for well-rounded associate with experience in Constitutional, Administrative & Regulatory and Public Law. The ideal candidate must have experience in the public sector and High Court Litigation experience.
Additional Requirements:
Admitted attorney of the South African High Court
2 years PQE (post admission experience as an Associate)
Experience with procurement processes & challenging procurement decisions taken by public institutions
