Client Engagement Specialist - GRM Events Ltd.
GRM Events is our fastest growing department.
This could be a part time role, working mostly from home.
We specialise in hosting events from 20 to 1000 people, in the legal and compliance sectors.
We co-host the African GC Summit every February, in Cape Town, alongside the North Africa GC Summit in Cairo and the Americas GC Summit, in New York in October.
Our clients are corporates, Universities and Law Firms.
Summary:
You would be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service.Â
You will work closely with clients at the senior level, to understand their business goals and objectives, and then develop and implement strategies to help them achieve those goals.Â

Manage the day-to-day interactions with clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, etc
Develop and execute client engagement plans that meet the specific needs of each client.
Represent the company to clients and build trust and rapport.
Send clients proposals, follow up, tweak them as required, send the costs and ultimately get the deal agreed.
Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Work with other teams to ensure that client needs are met.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.Â
Track and report on client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Capturing market info and feeding it to the research team
Follow up on all leads.

Bookkeeper/Ops - this person needs to live close to the city
Part time is preferred, mostly work from home.
Working with Rob Green and other division leaders.
This role can be split into two roles.
Bookkeeping
Record Financial Transactions: Accurately log all sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile Statements: Regularly reconcile bank statements and internal records to ensure accuracy.
Prepare Reports: Generate monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Data Management: Utilise Google Sheets for updating real time cash flows
Operations & PA work
Manage Office Operations: Oversee daily office activities, ensuring efficient procedures and systems are in place.
Coordinate Meetings: Schedule appointments, organise meetings, and maintain staff calendars.
Maintain Supplies: Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are available.
Support Staff: Provide general administrative support to employees and assist with onboarding new hires.
Vendor Management: Liaise with service providers and vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
Reporting: Prepare reports on office performance and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Manage Confidential Information: Handle sensitive documents and communications with discretion, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
Prepare Meeting Agendas: Develop and distribute agendas for meetings, ensuring all relevant materials are prepared in advance.
Conduct Research: Gather information and conduct research on various topics as requested by the CEO to support decision-making.
Liaise with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor Projects: Track the progress of ongoing projects and initiatives, providing updates to the CEO as needed.
