We talk to a lot of lawyers about their careers.
Every day we are presented with someone who asks straight out
“Who is it? Which firm is it?”
It’s a fair question. But the tough thing is, by simply telling the name of the firm/company (and in many cases, we are tied to an NDA, so we can’t), it conjures an impression of them that might not be a fair one.
